His career has included cooking in the five-star Royale Hotel in Deauville and Lasserre in Paris, a three-start Michelin restaurant, Four Season restaurant in New York City, Le Coup De Fusl, Le Pavillon in Washington, DC, Yannick’s at the Radisson Hotel in Alexandria, VA, Provence and Coco Loco in Washington, DC and Le Paradou was named one of the nation’s 25 Best New Restaurants by Esquire Magazine.
