Awarded the “Best Chef Mid-Atlantic” by the James Beard Foundation in 1999, Executive Chef Jeffrey Buben is now the owner of three restaurants in Washington, DC, Vidalia, Bistro Bis, and Woodward Table. With nearly 40 years of cooking experience, Buben has graced the kitchens of The Hotel Pierre, The Mayflower, The Four Seasons, Le Chantilly in New York, Le Cygne, The Sign of Dove. In 1993, Chef Boubon opened Vidalia in Washington, DC and made Bon Appétit’s “Best New Restaurants” list.
